SeaTrepid and Inuktun announce sweeping joint venture
Inuktun appoints SeaTrepid as US Distributor and Service Center SeaTrepid selects Inuktun as exclusive engineering support service

Robert, LA, August 20, 2008 – SeaTrepid Louisiana LLC announced today that an agreement has been reached to become the US Distributor and Service Center for Inuktun Services LTD. In this new role, SeaTrepid will direct the marketing and sales efforts of Inuktun and its dealer network in the United States and its Territories. Additionally, SeaTrepid will serve as the US service center for all robotic equipment manufactured by Inuktun. Inuktun produces land-based and sub sea robotic equipment along with robotic tooling. SeaTrepid's robotics staff will upgrade, repair and test the equipment in their state-of-the-art facility in Robert, LA. "SeaTrepid's role as a service center will provide Inuktun's customers with fast, professional and local support.” said Bob Christ, SeaTrepid's Principal and founder. “I think this is an excellent synergistic marriage of both companies’ core competencies. This is a true win-win for all involved – including Inuktun’s large US customer base!” Colin Dobell, President of Inuktun Services LTD agreed stating: “We are very excited about working with SeaTrepid.
